ABOUT THIS PROJECT

THIS PAGE WILL BE UPDATED EVERY MONTH. LAST UPDATED November 2024

Pete, John, Kevin and Helen have headed this project to bring the woods back to live since the first projected started in 2013. Our estate and the wider community can enjoy the peace and quiet away from everyday city life.

Walk-ways are being upgraded, a new mini-pond, refurbishment of the original pond, new fencing, new seats, new bins and general grounds maintenance are on-going.

Please enjoy the photos/videos as the site is developed to re-open in Spring 2025. The picture shows Legal and General volunteers that build our new mini pond.

Pete of TCV is our guide, bringing everything together. Please support the TCV by contributions of time or charitable monies. Click the link below to view their web page

The objective was to build more fencing and a great day was achived in the rain. Thank you for helping the Ingestre Woods project and we all enjoyed having you around.

Below you'll find 2 videos filmed in August 2024 showing you the progress of Ingestre Woods since 2023. The project still has works to complete which is explained in the videos below. The 1st one from the right side facing the nursery and the other from the right side.
