Ingestre Road Estate

Tenants and Residents Association (TRA)

The Ingestre Road Tenants and Residents Association (TRA) represents all tenants and residents of the Ingestre Road Estate.

We organise social events and other activities, as well as putting residents’ concerns to Camden Council and working with the Council to create solutions.

Meet and Greet

Join the Tenants and Residents association committee at our new TRA hall Denyer House on Saturday 25th October

There will be free refreshments, cake and activities for kids. It's an opportunity for Ingestre Road residents to get together, see the hall that's available for us to use. Come along share ideas on how to improve our area and how the TRA can support those ideas.

Ingestre Estate WhatsApp Community

There is a WhatsApp community group where as a resident you can subscribe to different groups or topics. The community includes an announcements channel to stay up to date with changes to the estate and the Tenants and Residents association.

The group is an open group for messaging between Ingestre Road residents.

We had our annual coach trip to Margate which was poorly attended. The committee decided due to lack of interest and costs, no more coach trips will take place.

Our DMC grant and excess monies from ring fenced monies were used for the Planters project. More planting will be done in Autumn including various tree pits across the estate. During the course of the year Ingestre Woods project saw expenditure for tools, seating, bins, plants and will continue into 2025/26 project year.

Other uses of the grant money for example a sports day in Hampstead Heath have been delayed due to committee members leaving, restrictions on use of the hall (in case of rain) have been postponed until further notice.

Overall the accounts are still in good shape. No new grants will be applied for until a new committee is formed and expenditure will be kept tightly controlled and used only for existing projects: Planters in Autumn, Ingestre Woods, and Fletcher Court Gardens.

We know that anti-social behaviour can impact the quality of life for Camden residents, and by working together with our Community Safety Team we can make Camden a safer place for everyone.

Anti-social behaviour is any behaviour that makes you feel unsafe, or that you feel might make other people unsafe. This might be drug use or dealing, threatening behaviour, abuse or vandalism and property damage.

Every incident of anti-social behaviour you report will help us to identify those involved and take action against them, or provide them with the right support if needed.

Help us to keep our communities safe by reporting anti-social behaviour.
