On Friday 28th March around 720pm Ingestre Woods had two incidents of fire from unknown group of persons causing considerable damage to the 'dead hedging' near Hambrook entrance.

This may cause a delay in opening the woods to the public. Click here to see pictures of the damage caused.

Ingestre Green Open Space opposite Acland Burghley School

A new bin has been installed. See the picture on the right.

Also the area is now closed to allow the grass to recover and will reopen for Spring at the end of March/April 2025.
