For the meeting to be valid we require 15-different households from across the Ingestre Road Estate to attend. Please support your estate.
We will be looking for a new Chairman and Treasurer as both John and Kevin are stepping down and have decided not to be put up for re-election.
We need 3 principal roles for the committee to be valid and are Chairperson, Treasury and Secretary. 2 DMC positions also need filling which can be members of said 3-positions mentioned earlier.

Regarding Special Projects we had our annual coach trip to Margate which was sadly poorly attended. The committee have decided due to lack of interest and no more coach trips will take place. The grant given no longer covers the cost of a coach trip.
The other grant usage was delayed due to committee members leaving and restrictions on the hall in case our planned activity was rained off and could be held in the hall instead has been postponed until further notice. The event was a fun day of sports at Hampstead Heath.
Our DMC grant and excess monies from ring fenced monies was used for the Planters project. More planting will be done in Autumn including various tree pits across the estate.
During the course of the year Ingestre Woods project saw expenditure for tools, seating, bins, plants and will continue into 2025/26 project year.
Overall the accounts are still in good shape. Although no new grants will be applied for until a new committee is formed expenditure will be kept tightly controlled and used only for existing projects of Planters in Autumn, Ingestre Woods, and Fletcher Court Gardens.
End of year end report.
Working together to stop anti-social behaviour
We know that anti-social behaviour can impact the quality of life for Camden residents, and by working together with our Community Safety Team we can make Camden a safer place for everyone.
Anti-social behaviour is any behaviour that makes you feel unsafe, or that you feel might make other people unsafe. This might be drug use or dealing, threatening behaviour, abuse or vandalism and property damage.
Every incident of anti-social behaviour you report will help us to identify those involved and take action against them, or provide them with the right support if needed.
Help us to keep our communities safe by reporting anti-social behaviour.
