Our Summer 2024 trip to Margate on Saturday 22nd June.

We have hired a coach and have 52 seats available on a first come first served bases only for persons living on the Ingestre Road estate.

Closing date for applications is Friday 14th June.

Due to Coach Hire price increases our grant does not cover our costs and we have had to increase this years prices as follows:-

Adults £7

Child/OAP £4

Family ticket £18 either 1 adult and 3 children or 2 adults and 2 children.

The coach will leave from the Highgate Road bus stop at 9.15am and depart from Margate at 5.15pm

or via letter to 7 Fletcher Court or

12 Tideswell. All requests will be date stamped.

Successful persons will be advised on Saturday 15th June.

Any spare seats will be open to non-residence  from Saturday 15th June on a first come first served bases. If an Ingestre Road resident wants extra tickets for friends/family living off the estate please state on your application ticket how many additional tickets you'd like.

These additional bookings, (subject to availabilty), will be confirmed in your confirmation letter issued on Saturday 15th June.

Your letter/email must include your name, address, contact number/email and confirm how many persons are coming as adults and child/OAP.

The committee has final say and no correspondance will be entered into.

How to pay will be advised in your confirmation letter and BACS payments are now being taken.
