Repairs/Events and what's happened so far...

Early 2025 a new bin was added to the open green space opposite Acland Burghley School. The area is closed until April to allow the grass to recover, new grass seed to take growth. In Autumn new hedging will be laid that will take around 3-years to fully grow.

This will stop persons jumping over the fence.

We request all dog-owners to use the bin for your dogs poo-bags and that all dogs are kept on a lead at all times.

This is a family area for everyone to enjoy. Thank you.

The  Community Square gets a face lift

Huge thanks to Wayne Head, Principal Caretaking Manager and Marc Beecher, Support and Response Manager for their support  in helping us to improve the estate environment.

Wayne liaised with Marc and his team to initially jet wash the square and other areas of the estate.

Joaquim Neto, from Marc's team, repaired the raised beds and painted them with the support of  Scott Banning.

The overall result is a cleaner and brighter square.

Wayne has proved to be an invaluable source of support to the TRA and was instrumental in securing funding for the installation of the new 'Kissing Gates' (Fletcher  Court)

What a transformation!

The eyesore that was has finally gone with the  kind donation of hedging from Avondale Construction. Work to clear and plant the hedge was carried out by Pete Hutchings from TVC and  workers from Avondale construction. Plants funded by Dave Black and TRA have been planted by Dave to further enhance the look of this space.

A great day at Horniman Museum for our estate's outing in May 2023.
